How You Opt In
You provide express written consent to receive text messages from AerVox when you:
- Provide your mobile phone number during account setup or onboarding with an AerVox representative
- Submit your mobile number via a web form on aervox.ai or any AerVox-branded portal
- Request a one-time passcode (OTP) or verification code via SMS
- Authorize SMS communications as part of a signed service agreement with Starfish USA LLC
- Reply YES or START to an initial opt-in message sent by AerVox
By providing your mobile number you confirm you are the account holder and 18 years of age or older.
Types of Messages We Send
AerVox sends the following categories of SMS messages from (855) 223-7869:
- One-Time Passcodes (OTP) — Security verification codes for logging into AerVox portals
- Account Alerts — Provisioning confirmations and system status notifications
- Billing Notifications — Payment reminders, invoice notices, and balance alerts
- Service Updates — Maintenance windows, outage alerts, and restoration notices
- Onboarding Messages — Setup instructions during initial service activation
Message Frequency
- OTP / Verification — Only when you request a code; 1 message per login event
- Billing alerts — Up to 4 messages per billing cycle
- Service alerts — As needed, only when your service is affected
- Onboarding — Up to 5 messages during initial setup (first 7 days)
We do not send promotional marketing messages via SMS. All messages are transactional or informational.
How to Opt Out
- Reply STOP to any AerVox text message to immediately unsubscribe
- Reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE — all are honored
- Email support@aervox.ai and request removal from SMS communications
- Call (888) 808-7827 and speak with an AerVox representative
After opting out you will receive one final confirmation: "You have been unsubscribed from AerVox SMS alerts. Reply START to re-subscribe."

Message & Data Rates
AerVox does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Privacy & Data Use
- Your phone number is used exclusively to deliver the messages described in this policy
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing
- Message delivery is handled through Twilio, Inc., a TCPA-compliant messaging provider
- You may request deletion of your contact data by emailing support@aervox.ai
AerVox serves healthcare organizations with HIPAA-aware data handling. SMS messages will never contain protected health information (PHI).
